SACRED PLANT MEDICINE DIET

This program goes beyond working with healing plants - it is a profound journey of self-discovery, unlocking your highest potential, and realigning with your inner power and purpose.

Open to all experience levels, this dieta welcomes both seasoned practitioners and those new to plant medicine. Sacred vine medicine is powerful, and its effects are heightened in the jungle. The journey can be both beautiful and intense, offering exactly what your spirit needs to learn. We encourage you to ask questions and research thoroughly to ensure you are ready for this deeply transformative experience.

It is a journey of deep self-exploration and empowerment, with a focus on inner transformation and spiritual development. The program provides guidance through plant allies, shamanic practices and various workshops designed to align and integrate the participant's mind, body and spirit.

The program is suitable for all levels of experience with plant medicine. Whether you’re new to this practice or have prior experience, the facilitators will tailor the teachings to your needs. Sacred vine medicine in the jungle can bring profound and unpredictable challenges or blessings, depending on what your spirit needs to learn.

CLEANSING & PREPARATION

Before beginning the Masterplant diet and Ayahuasca ceremonies, we prepare the body and spirit with cleansing master plants. The diet starts with a 3-day cleanse in tea form. We offer Tobacco cleanse, Huancahui Sacha cleanse or a Kambo Cleanse.

Tobacco is a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and relaxant that removes heavy energies and purifies the body, mind, and emotions. This process involves drinking large amounts of water to support detoxification, which lasts between 15 to 30 minutes.

Kambo is applied through small gateways in the skin and works rapidly on the nervous system to detoxify the vital organs.

THE AYAHUASCA JOURNEY

Following the initial cleanse, we begin the core of the dieta: seven Ayahuasca ceremonies over a period of 15 days. Ayahuasca realigns the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, reconnecting you to your inner strength and purpose. Each journey brings deep cleansing, profound lessons, and a renewed connection to life.

The specific Master Plant you will diet with - such as Caapi, Chacruna, Bobinsana, Ajo Sacha, Chiric Sanango, or others - will be chosen after the Tobacco process. Moisés will guide this decision based on your personal needs, health and spiritual path. This plant will become a lifelong ally on your journey.

While each day has a planned structure, please note that the exact timing may vary to honour the flow of the experience. Day 8: Shamanic Integration & Fourth Ayahuasca Ceremony

Day 1: Arrival & First Cleanse

• Arrival, bungalow check-in, lunch, introductions & rest.

• Evening: First Tobacco Tea or Kambo cleanse, followed by fruit and relaxation

Day 2: Tobacco Cleanse & First Ayahuasca Ceremony

• Breakfast and relaxation.

• Before lunch: Second Tobacco cleanse.

• Afternoon: Tobacco/Mapacho workshop and flower bath.

• Evening: First Ayahuasca Ceremony (1).

Day 3: Intentions & Master Plant Selection

• Breakfast and sharing circle, followed by the third cleanse with Huancahui Sacha.

• Lunch, rest, intention intake chat, and diagnosis to choose your Master Plant ally for the dieta.

• Dinner, rest and preparation for the dieta.

• Breakfast and relaxation.

• Before lunch: Second Tobacco cleanse.

• Afternoon: Tobacco/Mapacho workshop and flower bath.

Day 4: Opening the Dieta & Second Ayahuasca Ceremony

• Breakfast and opening the dieta by drinking the chosen Master Plant tea (1 liter per day).

• Visionary Art Workshop (optional), lunch, flower bath.

• Evening: Second Ayahuasca Ceremony (2).

Day 5: Integration & Process Alignment

• Breakfast, Master Plant tea, sharing circle and integration.

• Lunch, Process Alignment Course (2-3 hours), vapor bath, dinner, and rest.

Day 6: Music & Third Ayahuasca Ceremony

• Breakfast, Master Plant tea, lunch.

• Icaro Music Workshop, relaxation, flower bath.

• Evening: Third Ayahuasca Ceremony (3).

Day 7: Icaro Singing & Rest

• Breakfast, Master Plant tea, sharing circle and integration.

Day 9: Process Alignment & Reflection

Day 10: Jungle Walk & Fifth Ayahuasca Ceremony

• Evening: Fifth Ayahuasca Arcana Ceremony (5).

Day 11: Integration & Alignment

Day 12: Rest & Sixth Ayahuasca Ceremony

Day 13: Group Coaching & Reflection

Day 15: Farewell & Departure

• Closing the dieta with garlic, lemon and salt, followed by breakfast.

• Packing, final integration circle and post-diet discussion, farewells and departure to Pucallpa/airport.
